Kate is currently attending the University of Minnesota Duluth studying Criminology and Psychology with a minor in Latin American Studies. She plans on attending graduate school in Forensic Psychology next Fall. When she is not interning, she works in advocacy at the Center Against Sexual and Domestic Abuse. Kate also has experience working in Corrections for the Minnesota Sex Offender Program, working as a Security Officer for a private company, and volunteering to work with domestic violence victims at the Safe Haven Resource Center. She is most interested in Forensic Interviewing and aiding victims of abuse. Kate is excited to work at First Witness with a group of amazing professionals and learn all she can about the Criminal Justice system and how to best support survivors.
